ok.. Where do I begin with fractured series, keeping in mind I have read 1, 2, & 2.5 of the series. You would think I truly loved the series, not the case, unfortunately I was emotionally drained when I read all the books, yes, I did get hooked, but I truly believe in happy endings, and I was so longing to get it. So now I'm waiting patiently for the third book. It’s not that I didn’t like the series, one expects different things within the book, obviously that’s why we read and explorer our options. I was totally captured by the dedication of each character and reading 2.5 helped me understand the true essence of their obsessions. Because let’s not kid ourselves, Sloan and Kara are obsessed with one and other. Although, I hate the way they met the first time years ago, once the obsession began. And the subject of “rape”, makes my skin crawl, it’s very tough to read and you honestly go through all the emotions, very descriptive on the authors part. More than once I wanted to throw my tablet to the wall, I mean seriously how many times can a person fall into the hands of their despicable vicious rapist. That didn’t go well with me, and where in the hell are the police in all this??.. ok call me naïve, I just wasn’t getting this at all. So in over all I want to see this to the end, even if I have to cry again!.Product details

The story is slow. Too slow. She could
Have moved the plot faster. There is so much repeat and I am not even finishing this book. I can't take it anymore. Every time she builds to a big reveal its a disappointment. With. Some exciting this could be a good story.
This was a great read. could have done with out so many sex scenes but other than that it was captivating.
this series was just over drawn out. there was too much of the same thing through all three books. it had potential but I felt like omg let me get in there and get rid of the gd Villan already! I mean if someone was threatening you over and over you just take care of it all the walking around each other was super annoying. sorry
This was an exciting continuation of the first book. Absolutely had to read this after completing Book 1. The first one could be a stand-alone (whic I love), but it left business unfinished. The editing wasn't terrific, but the intensity of the story more than made up for that. This book was impossible to put down, as was the first, and my review of the third will undoubtedly be as good as this review.
This book contained many grammatical error and at time was hard to follow becsue of this..had to re-read a few times just to follow the authors train of thought..too repetitive and wordy ...not a bad read but not worth the price
Elle writes so well. I wish i was Kara so i could have a Sloan. There is so much love between these two, it makes your heart hurt for all that they go through. I would recommand this book, i think you should know it is a dark book and there is violence and rape.
If you like a romance with a lot of drama you should pick this series up. But, beware the storyline becomes drag out to make a lengthy series. The author leaves her reader's in a cliffhanger mode. An I am a reader regardless if the novel is good or bad. I am compelled to finish the novel.
